You’ll Need:
- 2 cups flour I used 1 1/2 cups white spelt flour, and a 1/2 cup whole spelt flour
- 1 3/4 Tablespoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup organic cane sugar
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 6 Tablespoons vegan buttery spread melted, or the oil of your choice
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the spelt flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
